I purchased for joint pain relief which has certainly eased since starting using. But the added bonus of hair and nail health is amazing. I first noticed my hair was looking shinier and no spit ends. Took a good month to notice a difference but it's definitely doing what it should. Fine lines around eyes have reduced and skin is much softer.
